Inventory Data Collection Unit

The ISS Keytracker is an inventory/stocktaking data collection unit, specifically developed for financial (dollar-value) inventories.

The physical characteristics and software operations of the Keytracker were designed by a team of inventory service professionals. A team with over twenty years experience at four inventory auditing services.

The design goals were strict: create a powerful but easy to use inventory machine. There was one more very important requirement; It had to be affordable.

The Keytracker will recall every price and every quantity you enter for the entire inventory.

With an impressive 512 KB of data memory, you can operate the Keytracker all day long and not use all of the memory. That. s over 40,000 separate entries including price, two (2) quantity fields, section, category and entry totals.

All of your entries are accessible to you from any point, either forward or backward, at any time.

Find your data

You can, at any time, find any entry recorded during an inventory.

You can search for your data by its physical location or by both its physical location and the type of merchandise.

You also have the option of reviewing your entered data from the first entry or the last entry, whichever is more convenient.

Powerful and FAST

The Keytracker can assign your inventory data to 10,000 separate sections and to 10,000 separate categories. But, amazingly, both the dollar value and total items counted are accessible for any section or any category within a section with just a few keystrokes.

When you need your total count or the total dollars and pieces for any category, either one is only two keystrokes away.

With the Keytracker's power, you can determine the price of a single can from the 6-pack price or determine cost as a percentage of retail. Quickly and easily.

Keep Informed

Because the Keytracker was designed to be used by touch for maximum data entry speed, no less than seven separate audible warnings will keep you informed of the Keytracker's operational status.

Audible warnings are issued for logic errors, acceptable but less common entries, an entry of $100.00 or over, an entry of $1,000.00 or over, a negative entry, a unit power-down and, a replace batteries warning.

Your data is safe

Your hard earned data remains intact even if the Keytracker is turned off. Upon restarting, the Keytracker will prompt you to continue with the previous inventory or, clear the prior data and begin a new inventory.

If you need to replace your batteries during an inventory, your data will be completely safe with the batteries removed for two full days.
