Precision Mat Board Trimmer
The "Special Purpose" line is
designed with the framing industries needs in mind. The "Special
Purpose Cutter" is a heavy duty unit designed for cutting
poster board, mat board, foam mounting board, and other mediums.
These fine cutters can handle materials ranging from the thinnest
tissue paper to 3/16" foam core, double thick mat board and
triple chip board. This heavy duty cutter features:
- Self sharpening, tool hardened Solingen
Steel blades, ground and tempered to exacting standards
- Self-adjusting clamping bar system holds
material securely to prevent slipping during the cutting
operation for optimum precision and convenience
- A durable laminated wood base printed
with a 1" reference grid on the table surface
- Lockable T-square back stop for accurate
repetitive cuts
- Raised metal scale bar fences mounted on
the front and back of table surface, labeled in both millimeters
and inches measurements for accurate cuts and 90ç
angles
- A fan guard ensures complete operator
safety.
